- Injury resulting from the ordinary negligence of Cobra Volleyball coaches, staff, or volunteers
The Parent/Guardian voluntarily assumes all such risks on behalf of the Athlete, whether or not such risks are foreseeable at the time of registration.
4. Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Massachusetts law, the Parent/Guardian, on behalf of themselves and the Athlete, hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Cobra Jr. Volleyball, its coaches, staff, volunteers, directors, and agents (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to the Athlete's participation in the Activities, including claims arising from the ordinary negligence of the Released Parties.
This release does not apply to claims arising from gross negligence, reckless conduct, or intentional misconduct.
5. Medical Authorization

7. Code of Conduct
The Parent/Guardian agrees that the Athlete will conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times.
